Who configures the Smart Assistant?
At Kuali we have a Digital or Smart Assistant called Pier who can interact with candidates to inquire about their past experiences and other skills. Based on the answers, Pier generates a rating. This interview can take place through three means: through a web chat, through a WhatsApp conversation or by phone call.
Can the name of the smart assistant be changed?
Yes, the name of the smart assistant can be configured per company.
What happens if they don't have a feature that I require?
Can they make features on demand?
Yes, this benefit is available from Premium and Enterprise plans. To take into account: on-demand functionalities such as integrations or customization of a flow entail hours of development that are stipulated as standard. And these can be required on demand.
How do you eliminate bias in the application?
The application process through Kuali.ai aims to be objective, prioritizing evaluating the CV, conducting competency-based interviews or skills evaluations and socio-emotional or psychometric tests without taking into account gender, age or any other demographic characteristic.
Do we incorporate tests into the process?
Yes, it is not essential but it is recommended to have all the steps of a candidate's application process in one place. That is why we offer skills, psychometric and other tests available.
What tests does Kuali has? And if don't have one that I need, can you add new ones?
We have more than 100 tests between skills tests and psychometric evaluations such as DICS and OCEAN. However, if any required evaluation is not within the evaluation pool, it can be customized and configured on the platform.
Are there parts of my process in other systems, can they be integrated?
The idea is that the entire process is integrated in one place for a better candidate experience. If the external tool is not integrated, it can be redirected to the required tool without the candidate losing their progress and advancement.
Do you have communication tools with candidates?
We have enabled the possibility of communicating with the candidate from the administrator view via email and WhatsApp.
Do you brind candidates support in their application process?
At Kuali we accompany candidates during their application process, answering their queries and providing multiple service channels with a timely response to help them complete the selection process.
How does the candidate know that they have moved on to the next stage of the process?
The candidate completes the parts of the process automatically and receives notifications throughout the process letting them know their progress. However, the information on whether or not you go to advanced stages such as an interview with the selector depends on the hiring company.
Do you have candidate notifications built into your process?
The candidate receives notifications throughout the process that let them know their progress and motivate them to continue.
In which countries we operate?
We can operate in any country, we currently have clients in three countries in America and the platform is enabled to support any language.
Where do you bill from?
Kuali.ai can invoice from the US and from Lima, Peru.
Do we make Pilots?
Yes, before the pilot we offer a personalized demo adjusting the platform to the company's selection processes. After that we offer a three-month paid pilot.
Do you offer free trials?
We do not offer a free trial of the platform, but we do offer a personalized Demo in which you can explore all the platform tools appropriate to the process of each company and job.
Do you have CV interpretation?
Yes, we offer CV interpretation with artificial intelligence. This can be implemented from the reception of the curriculum.
How does your CV Scanner or CV Interpreter work?
The candidate applies and when attaching their CV, our service extracts the information from the document and contrasts its content with the requirements of the position and then offers a score that takes into account experience, education and general suitability. The score that is issued based on a score of 100% is accompanied by written support as to why the candidate received that evaluation.
What is the minimum plan and what does it include?
The plans vary according to the volume of candidates a company receives. You can request a meeting with an advisor to evaluate the ideal plan for your company.
How do you charge?
Kuali has a monthly subscription that includes the use of the platform for a certain volume of applicants.
Can I customize the page with my logo and brand?
Yes, Kuali allows a configuration of the company's branding, logo and colors for a better candidate experience.
Do you have a careers page?
Yes, Kuali generates a career page automatically for each company.
Can applicants apply via WhatsApp?
Yes, the selection process can be completed by WhatsApp.
How does the WhatsApp integration work?
Integration to Whatsapp can be through a phone provided by Kuali, or one provided by the company (available from the Premium plan).
Are smart assistants integrated per phone call?
Yes, it is possible to integrate the application process by phone call through the use of digital or intelligent assistants. This is available starting with the Premium or Enterprise plan.
Who owns the candidates' data? To Kuali to the company?
The data collected by Kuali.ai is the property of the contracting company. Kuali.ai respects the highest personal data protection standards (ISO 27001).
